One of the functions of a Homeowner's Association is to preserve and protect the integrity of the neighborhood. In most cases purchasing a home is one of the largest investments we will make.
In my last note, I encouraged people to “GET OUT” and enjoy the neighborhood. I am happy to report that I see numerous individuals and families exercising or just strolling. Everyone has a smile, nod or wave as they pass me. Sometimes, they even take a break and visit with me on my front patio! Life here is grand.
Let me begin by thanking everyone for their tremendous support last year. We had record turnouts at the various social events, which proved to be a huge success with members and non-members alike. The goal of this year’s Board is to continue to sponsor these events, and to attempt to provide something interesting and entertaining for everyone...
Assistant Chief of Police Jesse Simons will address the HOA with a briefing on recent crime events and statistics for the Slidell area. Councilman Bill Borchert will also update the HOA on local roadway construction, infrastructure and City development projects including the status of the I-12 Sound Barrier construction ...
